OneDeck Pre-Order Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) outline the terms of the pre-order arrangement for the Onedeck PVC Decking System offered by Think Fencing. By placing a pre-order, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.

1. Product Overview:

Onedeck is a revolutionary PVC decking system developed by Think Fencing through five years of extensive research and development. Utilizing innovative technology developed in collaboration with CSIRO and funded by Sustainability Victoria, Onedeck transforms “Unrecyclable” PVC destined for landfills into a durable and consistent decking profile. Think Fencing, with decades of experience in structural fencing applications, presents Onedeck with Snapdeck fixing systems, protected by a pending PCT patent application.

2. Pre-Release Sale:

Onedeck offers the opportunity to pre-order the decking system at a discounted price of $9.50 + GST per meter for the board or $69.90 per Square Meter. Snapdeck strips are available at $3.90, inclusive of GST, each. For every 3 lengths of decking ordered, one strip per joist is recommended.

3. Pre-Order Process:

To secure the pre-release price and a spot in the initial production run, a non-refundable $500 deposit is required. To proceed, customers must provide their Name, Delivery Address, approximate quantity, and preferred color. The final order must be completed and delivered by the end of 2024, with the deposit deducted from the final price.

4. Refund Policy:

The $500 deposit is fully refundable if the customer decides not to proceed with the order at any time until the end of 2024.

5. Order Finalisation:

All pre-orders must be finalised by December 31, 2024, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by Onedeck. Any modifications or extensions to this deadline require written agreement between the customer and Onedeck.
